Today, It gives me great pleasure to introduce you to Keir Johnson, a Warehouse Manager of the Fulfilment Hub who is responsible for all our Warehouse Operations within the site.

Barry Ryan: To start, can you tell me a little bit about your role at 3PL. What are you responsible for?
Keir Johnson: I am responsible for all Warehouse Operations within the site, this ranges from regular picking and packing to more specific vendor requirements and all inbound and inventory management.
BR: Why did you decide to get into your current job role?
KJ: I have worked in large-scale warehousing before but mainly in inventory management, the move to operations gives me more scope to progress and it’s also more challenging and rewarding.
BR: Why did you decide to join 3PL?
KJ: It seemed like the logical next step in my career and the vision the senior team has for the business over the next 5 years means I can continue to learn and grow within a company and sector that is on the up.
BR: What’s been your favourite project to work on at 3PL?
KJ: I love onboarding new customers and scoping new solutions seeing them come to life
BR: Before working at 3PL what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
KJ: I was a landscape gardener in my youth!
BR: What’s a fun fact about you?
KJ: My forehead is bigger than the national average
